Massachusetts Home Inspectors

Inspections By Top Inspectors. Best value for inspection fee.

MA home inspectors help you make an informed buying decision and help relieve home buying stress by providing factual information about property conditions. Structural, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, roofing, siding and other home components are inspected. Report with photos emailed same day. We also offer an inexpensive walk through inspection for those who may be considering an offer on a potential home.

or Dennis Robitaille 603-581-8691. As a prospective home buyer, you have the right to hire a MA home inspector of your own choosing:

In Massachusetts, the real estate licensing law prohibits selling agents from referring any particular home inspectors. (Dennis Robitaille in 2001 was instrumental in helping that law get enacted.) Home buyers must keep in mind that RE agents receive a commission from the property seller. Those agents therefore, work in the best interest of their client, (the seller.) As the home buyer, you’re the one paying the home inspector, hence that inspector should be working in your best interest.

I was looking to purchase my first time home and was in need of a home inspection. Evan was first and foremost very polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. Evan is TOTALLY independent of any agency or facility and though appears as if easy going, he is thorough and does look out for his client. He will only make recommendations based on what he has inspected and found (i.e.: the bathroom needs an exhaust fan and some updates.) He is not personally invested in the purchase and sale so has nothing to gain either way. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is the most thorough I have researched. If you need an inspector, please check him out. He is the best. Thank you Evan. I appreciate all you did do and possibly will need to do again in the near future.
